Do you have your 3 people listed from Day ONE? If so, were you on that list? If not, you need to place yourself as number ONE!

Now, what brings you the most pleasure?  Write it down for your eyes only.

I have yet to blog about it, but when I started to slip from the ketogenic way of eating, my blood pressure went back up and I ended up back on blood pressure meds again. I promised myself I would never do that again. We will talk about forgiveness as we move through this journey. But today, I want to talk to you about noticing the signs your body is giving you. My carpel tunnel syndrome also came back and this year I did not touch the candy bag at all. I just thought about my aching wrist and felt it wasn't worth it. Instead, I made a keto version of an Italian Cream Cake linked below.

What is your body whispering to you? Can you make the connection between what you eat and how your body reacts?

A little scan I do sometimes that may help. Just sit back, relax, and take some nice deep relaxing breaths. Start at your head and slowly work your way down, all the way to the tips of your toes. Do you feel any aches or pains anywhere along the way? If so, make a note of it. Also, look at your food journal. Did the aches and pains happen when you eat certain foods?

Some aches and pains may have been around so long they become the norm for you. Life doesn't have to be exhausting. It can be wild and alive and youthful no matter your age.

Start scanning your body. Make it part of your daily rituals. Listen closely as it speaks to you.

On day one I asked you to select a pretty glass. Now, select a pretty plate and bowl. You should love the way they look at feel. Imagine your favorite food presented in the bowl. Take your time when you eat and notice how food tastes and feels. Is it warm, cooling, soft, chewy, salty...? Do you feel connected to your food in some way? I think of hot cocoa, soups, and casseroles on cool Fall nights. So, get out your beautiful cup for a nice warm cup of cocoa or herbal tea. I love hibiscus tea!

Start paying attention to what you are eating and how it makes you feel.

Place your hand over your heart and say, "I Am Worthy Of Healthy Food."

When you click on the polka dot mug, it will take you to keto cocoa recipes. Just so you know, you can choose the drink that speaks to your heart. I highly suggest making a Pinterest board and saving all your favorites.

Also, as the full moon starts to move away into the New Moon this is a time for releasing things in life you no longer want. Let go of debt, stress, toxic people, or anything you would like to rid of in your life.

Spicy Salad

Beautiful Salads

You can never go wrong with a colorful salad. Get creative with it. Lettuce of all sorts as a base and then add colorful veggies such as red onion, purple cabbage, peppers, carrots, and nuts and seeds.

Then creates your own dressing with healthy fats. I love olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, Italian herbs, and a splash of Stevia.

Day TWO music, recipes, and journal pages. Click on each to enjoy!
