Today, I want you to find a glass that you would love to drink water from. It should feel amazing in your hands. You can even buy a glass that you could paint on the outside. If so, it would be great to write positive words all over the glass. You should put things on there that make you feel love for yourself. On full the full moon I will sometimes place a large jug of water under the moonlight. I feel it is magical. Whether you believe it helps or not, there is a placebo effect there. 

While this may sound crazy, this is where you learn to manifest the best possible version of yourself. Water is one of the most important parts of nutrition there is. Our body is made of 60-70% water. 

Have you ever witnessed the vibration of water from sound? Why do you think we react to music? 

Hopefully, you found a beautiful glass that you love to drink from. You should have one for your water, teas, coffee, and more. Something that feels good in the hand and appeals to you. 

Now, slow down and pay attention to how the glass feels. As you drink the water feel it becoming part of every cell in your body. Fill every cell in your body with love and positivity. I want you to realize that you are worthy of healthy food

 

You can also use the water to make healing soup.

 

I have attached a pdf. below for you to print and fill out to manifest what you would like to accomplish. Another great habit is filling out a journal about what you eat and how it makes you feel. This is using your nutrition intuition. Your body is your greatest teacher. 

I want you to write down what you want. If you don't know, how can you ask the universe for it?
